The teachings of the Paramita Path guide you to open your heart to the Light of God-consciousness. This expansion is possible through the experience of Love in an activated spiritual heart.

Since experiencing a spiritual transformation many years ago, Alba has been a spiritual teacher, healer and counselor. She received the Paramita Path, a system of spiritual healing and spiritual evolution leading to enlightenment, as a result of a profound mystical experience. She is now dedicated to the transmission of Paramita Path teachings internationally. She has a doctorate in psycholinguistics from Harvard University and has published novels, poetry collections, children's books, essays and short stories. Her book The Seven Powers of Spiritual Evolution is now available.

The universal teachings of the Paramita Path empowers us to effect a transformation within that brings peace, harmony and love to the world around us. Our online meditations, prayers and practice allow for participation from anywhere in the world.
